Event Details

  • What is the date and time of the event?

  • What city is your event located in, and what is the exact address?

  • What time would you like apps to begin? And dinner service? 

 

Event Theme and Guest Information

  • What is the theme or occasion for your event?

  • How many guests will be attending?

 

Dining and Seating Arrangements

  • Will guests be seated, standing, or both?

  • Will the meal be served indoors, outdoors, or both?

  • Do you have tables, chairs, tableware, and linens for all guests?

  • Would you like  recommendations for rentals or décor coordination? 

 

Menu and Meal Service

  • Would you like plated, family-style, buffet or coacktail party service?

  • If buffet, would you like a server to assist at the buffet table or self serve?

  • Would you like to choose from one of our menus, or have us suggest a custom menu? 

  • Are there any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or strong dislikes we should know about?

  • Are there any favorite ingredients or dishes you’d love to see featured?

  • Would you like a grazing board before dinner? (We have grazing board options in the site menu for you to see if you like)  

 

Beverage Service

  • Will you be providing/serving the alcohol?

  • Would you us to refer you to a bar tender? 

 

Kitchen and Equipment Details

  • Is your kitchen equipped with a gas or electric stove? Photos are helpful

  • How many burners are available?

  • How many racks are in the oven?

  • Is the oven unusually small, regular, or large? 

  • Is there adequate counter space and lighting for plating? We can bring covered  folding tables to plate if needed. 

  • Is there at least 1 or 2 refrigerator and freezer  shelves freezer  for event ingredients?

  • Are there any restrictions on parking, access, or load-in near the kitchen?

  • Are there any fire alarms near the kitchen? It's often best to deactivate them if possible for the evening if possible. They can be unusually sensitive. 

 

Staffing and Coordination

  • Who is the main point of contact for event coordination and day-of communication?

  • In the case of cocktail parties, would you like us to provide additional staff such as servers? 

  • What time should guests begin arriving?

  • Will there be speeches, toasts, or scheduled moments I should be aware of?

Payment and Confirmation

  • Preferred payment method (Zelle, credit card, check, etc.)

  • Please provide billing name and email address for invoices if desired
