This is a low carb menu that favors lean meats, healthy fats, and lots of vegetables with little to no dairy or processed sugar. All the oils we use are high heat resistant, and we use no GMO, or processed foods. All the ingredients I use are GLUTEN FREE, and are all free of pesticides, additives, food coloring, neuro-toxins or excito-toxins such as MSG and we cook the food on non toxic, surgical stainless steel cookware from Salad Master, the leading high end cookware manufacturer in America.
